*REASI POLICE SEIZED TWO DUMPERS CARRYING MINING MATERIAL WITH EXPIRED E-CHALLAN*
*Reasi, 07.04.2026:* District Police Reasi continues its firm action against illegal transportation of minerals. Today, two dumpers bearing registration numbers JK20A-5113 and JK20C-7586 were seized by the police at PCP Panthal, under the jurisdiction of Police Station Katra.During routine checking, the police party intercepted the vehicles and found that both were transporting mining material while operating on expired e-challans (Form A). The concerned District Mineral Officer (DMO) was informed immediately and further legal action has been initiated as per the norms of the Mining Act.

He emphasized that no vehicle will be allowed to ply without valid documents and warned that defaulters will face legal consequences. He reaffirmed that District Police Reasi is fully committed to ensuring transparency, enforcing the law and protecting the natural resources of the district.
