DC Udhampur inspects arrangements for Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra along NH -44

UDHAMPUR, JUNE 27: Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur Krittika Jyotsna, on Monday conducted an exhaustive tour of National Highway from  Tikri to Chennani  and inspected the logistic arrangements put in place for Shri Amar Nath Ji Yatras 2022.

Accompanied by Additional Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Syed Khan and other officers, the DC  took stock of the facilities in Lodgment Centres , provision of cleanliness at Langars sites and community sanitary Complexes established for the convenience of Shri Amarnath Yatra pilgrims.

The Deputy Commissioner had a detailed review of the available infrastructure and requisite facilities in the designated Lodgment Centres /Community Sanitary Complexes. The DC also enquired about the status of Augmentation of drinking water supply, sanitation, electricity, lodging, availability of bedding capacity etc in the centres. The DC asked the concerned officers to ensure adequate arrangem
