Sankalp Hub & OSC organize Marathon at GDC Doda
DODA, MARCH 03: Sankalp Hub and One Stop Centre (OSC), Mission Shakti Doda organized a marathon here at Government Degree College (GDC) to mark the second day of Women Week celebrations.
The Women’s Empowerment Marathon was held to spread awareness about women’s rights, gender equality, safety and empowerment, while celebrating the strength and resilience of women. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students of BSC Nursing College and ANMT School.
The Principal of Government Degree College along with the entire college staff, extended full support and actively participated in the marathon, reflecting the institution’s commitment towards promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment.
Anganwadi Workers also participated in the event, demonstrating their dedication to community welfare and the uplift of women. The staff and girls of Parisha joined the marathon with great enthusiasm and energy, further strengthening the message of unity and collective action.
The staff members of Sankalp Hub, OSC Doda and Childline Doda also took part in the marathon, showing solidarity and commitment towards empowering women and girls across the district.
