Three Terror Associates Arrested in Handwara, Arms and Ammunition Seized
Srinagar, Aug 14: Security forces on Thursday arrested three terror associates during a search operation in the Hajin Kralgund area of Handwara, North Kashmir.
According to officials, a joint team of police, Army, and CRPF apprehended the suspects, identified as Mohd Iqbal Pandith, son of Shareef Din Pandith of Bunpora Langate; Sajad Ahmad Shah, son of Bashir Ahmad Shah of Chekparin; and Ishfaq Ahmad Malik, son of Shabir Ahmad Malik of Kralgund.
The operation led to the recovery of one pistol, two pistol rounds, 20 AK rifle rounds, and 20 posters.
Police have registered a case and launched further investigation.
