SIA Conducts Raids in Srinagar, Ganderbal in Ongoing Probe Into Doctors’ Terror Module

Srinagar, Dec 5: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) on Friday carried out fresh raids at two locations as part of its investigation into the recently exposed doctors’ terror module, officials said.

An official said an SIA team searched the residence of Tufail Ahmad Bhat, son of Niyaz Ahmad Bhat, at Diyarwani Batmaloo in Srinagar. Tufail, an AC technician, was recently arrested for his alleged involvement in the case.

Another raid was conducted in Ganderbal in connection with the same probe, aimed at tracing further links and gathering additional evidence.

The searches were underway and more details were awaited.
