New School Timings Announced for Kashmir Division

Srinagar, Oct 31: The Directorate of School Education Kashmir has announced new school timings for all government and private institutions across the region, effective from November 1.

As per the order issued by Director General School Education Kashmir, G. N. Itoo, schools located within the Srinagar municipal limits will operate from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Schools situated outside the municipal limits will function from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm.

“It is hereby ordered that the new school timings shall apply to all government and recognized private schools in the Kashmir Division with effect from November 1,” the order stated.
