Lok Adalat settles 477 cases of different nature at Pulwama

PULWAMA, JUNE 25: A Lok Adalat was today organized at District Court Complex Pulwama under the Chairmanship of Ab. Rashid Malik, Chairman District Legal Service Authority (DLSA) (Pr. District & Sessions Judge) Pulwama.

The Lok Adalat was inaugurated by the Chairman DLSA Pulwama in presence of Officers from District Administration, judicial and bar members.

Total seven benches were constituted for holding of National Lok Adalat at District headquarters and three benches at Tehsil Levels of the district.

As many as 625 cases of different nature including Criminal Compoundable, Matrimonial, Maintenance, Cheque Bounce, Civil, Recovery, MACT- Litigation and Pre-Litigation, Public Service utility and others were taken up before these benches out of which 477 cases were settled amicably.
