#J&K Judicial Academy organizes orientation programme on ICT for Civil Judges of J&K, Ladakh

JAMMU, MAY 21: Under the patronage of Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, (Patron-in-Chief, J&K Judicial Academy), Pankaj Mithal  and guidance of Chairman, Governing Committee for J&K Judicial Academy, Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice Sindhu Sharma, Justice Javed Iqbal Wani, members of  Governing Committee for J&K Judicial Academy, a one day online orientation programme on ‘ICT:E-Courts concept, functioning and procedure, National Judicial Data Grid (NJDG)-Access and Information, case management through CIS, E-filing and court proceedings, virtual courts-concept and working,  recording of electronic evidence-admissibility and relevance, sensitization and key issues relating to Cyber Laws and Cybercrimes’ was organized by J&K Judicial Academy for all Civil Judges (Jr. Division) of UTs of J&K and Ladakh.
