During a targeted operation on March 6, 2025, Police detained more than 25 individuals found consuming alcohol in vehicles across the region.This crack down sends a clear message, a behaviour that endangers public peace will not be tolerated. Jammu police is committed to upholding the *Rule of law* and ensuring that the streets and public spaces are safe for all citizens.The concerns about public intoxication were raised by citizens during an interaction with the Worthy DGP J&K on the occasion of Thana Diwas on March 6, 2025 at P/S Gandhi Nagar.
