Five Injured After Load Carrier Overturns in Nowgam, Srinagar

Srinagar, Dec 8: Five persons sustained injuries after a load carrier overturned in the Banpora Nowgam area of Srinagar on Monday, officials said.
Officials said the injured were initially shifted to Bone and Joint Hospital and later referred to SMHS Hospital for further treatment.
The injured have been identified as a 35-year-old resident of Ramban presently living in Nowgam, a 33-year-old resident of Doda, a 35-year-old resident of Doda, a 36-year-old resident of Doda, and a 38-year-old resident of Bihar presently living in Nowgam.
All five were travelling in the load carrier when it turned turtle, resulting in multiple injuries. Officials added that all the injured are stable and undergoing treatment.
