District Admin Srinagar organises awareness Camp at Anchar Block under KCC-AHF campaign
AH Departments sanctions 10 cases under Dairy sector
SRINAGAR NOVEMBER 12: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Mohammad Aijaz Asad, a Special Awareness/KCC camp was organised by Department of Animal Husbandry Srinagar at Anchar Block of Srinagar District to sensitize farmers about different beneficiary oriented schemes of the Animal Husbandry Department.
The Camp was held under the supervision of Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Dr Syed Abaas under KCC-AHF campaign launched by the Government for providing Kisan Credit Card facility to all eligible beneficiaries under Animal Husbandry and Dairy sector in which large number of farmers participated, besides VAS Anchar, Branch Managers of different Banks & other Staff.
During the camp, the Farmers were briefed about the utility of the KCC scheme and the guidelines to be followed while applying for the scheme. Further, the farmers were also made aware about various departmental schemes currently in operation.
On the occasion, a total number of 10 cases were processed and sanctioned on the spot in favour of beneficiaries under Dairy sector.
