#DDC Rajouri visits #Government Medical College campus; reviews facilities for students

RAJOURI, MAY 14: District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today visited Government Medical College and chaired a meeting of the GMC and PWD officers to review the functioning of the institution and facilities available for the students.

Officers who attended the meeting included   CPO, Mohammad Khurshid; SE Hydraulics, JP Singh; SE PWD, Nissar Hussain; SE PDD, Roshan Lal; MS GMC, Mehmood Bajar; ExEn PWD Rajouri, Maqbool Hussain; ExEn Jal Shakti Rajouri, Mushtaq Ahmed; ExEn PDD Rajouri, Mohd Hasan and other concerned officers.

Taking stock of the progress on GMC Campus building, the meeting was informed that the project was approved at an estimated cost of Rs 139 crore.

Giving further details of the project, it was informed that the Administrative and Academic blocks are complete in all respects but the formal handover takeover was pending.
