Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, reviewed the progress and functioning of the J&K MSME Health Clinic, a digital initiative aimed at monitoring, diagnosing and revitalising MSMEs through timely assessment and targeted interventions.The meeting reviewed diagnostic coverage, field-level assessments, rehabilitation arrangements, financial interventions and digital monitoring of stressed industrial units.CS directed the Industries & Commerce Department to accelerate field visits and strengthen Small Business Development Units (SBDUs) for effective assessment, handholding and follow-up of MSMEs.
