Burglary Reported at Government Agricultural Office in Mendhar, Poonch

Jammu, October 28: Burglars have targeted the Government Agricultural Office in Mendhar area of Poonch district, officials said on Monday.

According to officials, the incident took place inside the Government Agricultural Office, where unidentified burglars broke into the premises during the night. Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer Mendhar, Sanjeev Gupta, confirmed the burglary.

“In the incident, the lock of the record room was broken, and two computers along with other materials were found missing,” Gupta said.

Following the incident, police reached the spot and registered a case. Investigation into the matter has been initiated to trace the culprits and recover the stolen items.
