Udhampur : DEO reviews preparedness for DGPC election

UDHAMPUR, MAY 31: For the smooth conduct of District Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee election 2022 in the District, District Election Officer, Udhampur Krittika Jyotsna convened a meeting of Nodal Officers in the Conference Hall of DC Office Complex.

 Detailed discussions were held on the arrangements related to security, Man power and material management, Transport plan, Ballot Boxes, Communication/paid news, transportation etc discussed in detail.

Returning Officer, Udhampur Rafiq Ahmed Jaral gave brief about the DGPC Election.  He said that all the arrangements have been put in place for smooth conduct of DGPC election in the district.

Speaking on the occasion, the DEO briefed the designated officers about their duties and responsibilities during the election and also advised them to work in an impartial manner to implement MCC and other guidelines of Election Commission in letter and spirit.
