FCS&CA conducts field visit at Ghagwal to address public grievances

SAMBA, APRIL 20: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Samba Ayushi Sudan, the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) Department conducted a field visit at Ghagwal to address public grievances. The visit was organised under the ongoing 100-day Nasha Mukt Jammu and Kashmir Abhiyaan.Assistant Director FCS&CA Samba Rahul Gupta along with the Tehsil Supply Officer (TSO) Ghagwal and other officials, interacted with local residents and listened to their grievances. Residents raised several issues, the majority of which officials resolved on the spot to ensure prompt service delivery.The initiative is part of the efforts of the district administration to strengthen grievance redressal mechanisms and enhance transparency in service delivery.During the event, officials also administered an anti-drug pledge as part of the ongoing campaign to build a drug-free society.
