J&K Finance Department Orders Transfers and Additional Charge Assignments of Accounts Officers

Jammu, Nov 7: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir’s Finance Department has issued a fresh order (No. 238-F of 2025) announcing a series of transfers, postings, and additional charge assignments of Accounts Officers in the interest of administrative efficiency.

As per the order issued by Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department, Santosh D. Vaidya (IAS), the changes have been implemented with immediate effect.

According to the directive:

1. Sunil Kumar Sharma, Accounts Officer, Mission Directorate Skill Development Society, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Accounts Officer, GP Fund Provincial Police Cell (ZPHQ), Jammu.
2. Ifra Anjum Wani, Accounts Officer, Directorate of Audit & Inspections, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Accounts Officer, Jammu & Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation, Jammu.
3. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Accounts Officer, Directorate of Skill Development, J&K, will additionally hold charge of Accounts Officer, Mission Directorate Skill Development Society, in addition to his existing duties, till further orders.
4. Touseef Ahmad Kamal, Accounts Officer (Prob.), Vishwabharti College, Srinagar, will hold additional charge of Accounts Officer, Jammu & Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation, Kashmir, till further orders.

The order has been issued under the directions of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir and copies have been forwarded to the Chief Minister’s Office, Ministry of Home Affairs (GoI), and concerned departments for compliance.
