BSF Jawan Dies of Suspected Heart Attack in Baramulla

Baramulla, Oct 12: A Border Security Force (BSF) constable died of a suspected heart attack late Saturday night in the Singhpora area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Officials said the deceased has been identified as Constable Chapati Naveen, 28, son of Late Chapati Pazeti, a resident of VPO Muthukuru Katapa, Andhra Pradesh.

He was posted with the 185 Battalion BSF in Singhpora. The jawan was found unconscious and was immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

Preliminary reports suggest that he died due to a heart attack. Official proceedings have been initiated.
