Pakistani drone spotted near border in J-K’s Samba, search operation underway

Samba/Jammu, Oct 4: A drone suspected to have come from Pakistan was seen hovering over Nanga village in the Ramgarh sector of Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district late Friday, prompting security forces to launch a search operation.
Officials reported that the drone-like object crossed from the Pakistani side, causing concern in the border area. In response, security and police teams were deployed to search the region for any possible airdropped items such as weapons or narcotics.
The search was ongoing as of the latest updates, and security has been tightened in nearby villages as a precaution.
